Built in 1641 and standing proudly in the heart of the Roman market town, the Alcester War Memorial Town Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed landmark with centuries of stories woven into its beams and stonework.
Over the years, visitors have reported mysterious footsteps, sudden chills, strange shadows, and the unmistakable feeling that unseen eyes are watching from the quiet corners of the building. With its long history as a courthouse and community hall, it’s no surprise that some energies may still linger long after dark.
